House is situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are only 300 yards from the trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which also access the Mountains to Sea Trail. Less than 10 minute driveto Downtown Asheville. East Asheville has several nice restaurants nearby if you don't feel like driving into Downtown. Also, a full service grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway is about 8 minutes away.
